Is there a way to send an automatic email to the list we have from those who have made payments or used our contact form?

We are currently building out our own email communication tool within our platform, which will give you the ability to proactively reach out to lists of your supporters.

In the meantime, you can use the Updates section of any campaign to send out emails to anyone who has completed a transaction through that campaign. For example, if you wanted to send out an email to anyone who donated to your campaign, you can click on Edit the Campaign > Updates > Add New Update > Add your message > Click the toggle to "Yes" under Email This Update to Your Supporters when Published > Click Publish Update.

You can use this feature on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
