To access the Contact Database, click the Contacts button on the left-hand sidebar. This will lead you to the Contact Records Home.
Contact Records are profiles for individual people and businesses in your database.
From your Contact Records Homepage, you can:
- Manually add a new Contact.
- Search Contacts.
- Filter contacts alphabetically by, first/last name, contact ID (CID), or email.
- View your total contact records, a visual heatmap of contacts, and a number of contacts added by month.
- Access Contact Profiles.
While the first 20 records will be displayed by default, another 20 contacts will be displayed when you click the View More button.
A maximum of 60 contacts can be displayed. Once the maximum page has been reached, the button will then direct you to the Contact Reporting page.
