Edit Recurring Donation Amount (Supporter Guide)

If you make recurring donations to an organization and want to edit your recurring donation amount, you can do so through the email confirmation.

If you want to edit your payment frequency, which day of the month your payment falls on, or payment period, please contact the organization you support to change these options for you.

Edit Your Recurring Donation Amount

  1. In your email inbox, find the original recurring supporter confirmation email from the organization. The email subject is "Your recurring donation confirmation link from [Organization's name]". 
    • If you can't find the email, you can contact the organization you support to resend a copy of the email to you. 
  2. Click Manage Recurring Donation.
  3. Scroll down to the "Edit Recurring Payment Amount" section. 
    • Alternatively, from the top of the payment details page, you can also click "Cancel Recurring Donation" if you wish to cancel your recurring donation entirely.
  4. Under "Recurring Payment Amount", enter the amount you wish to change your recurring donation to.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.



Edit Your Card Information

In your email inbox, find the original recurring supporter confirmation email from the organization. The email subject is "Your recurring donation confirmation link from [Organization's name]".
  • If you can't find the email, you can contact the organization you support to resend a copy of the email to you.
Click Manage Recurring Donation.

Click Edit Payment Information.

Scroll down and enter your credit card information in the text boxes.
