Every Flipcause subscription includes unlimited technical support and a Success Team to help you make the most out of Flipcause.
Your Success Team can answer any questions you have about Flipcause, how to best implement our system for your projects, and how to best customize your account to your unique needs.
We will be there every step of the way, and we will even do the heavy lifting for you. That means that we can build your campaigns, set up your fundraisers, update your account settings and presets, and even make updates to your website (if you have our Website Package). We call this "Concierge Service."
TWO WAYS TO GET IN TOUCH
1. Request Services - use the Request Services button on the home page of your Flipcause Dashboard, or from the left-hand sidebar. This is where you can request for specific tasks to be completed or updates to be made to your Flipcause tools or your Flipcause Website. 2. Contact Your Success Team - You can always email your team directly. You can contact your team directly from your dashboard: click the Contact Your Success Team button from the home page of your Flipcause Dashboard, or the Contact Us tab from the left-hand sidebar to send us an email.
Of course, you can also use the Help Center, which is where you are right now. You can use the search bar to search for related keywords or browse the articles using the left-hand navigation menu.
To get access to the Flipcause Dashboard, you will need to get access from the admin for Flipcause at your organization.
