To create a report of your transfer activity:
- Go to Merchant Account > Account Summary > Merchant Account Records & Reports.
- From the Choose Record Type dropdown menu, select "Posted Transfers", Use the Choose Date Range filter to refine your report. Click Generate Report.
- You will see a summary (# of records and Amount) and a list of transaction activities below. Click View Full Report to open the report in a new window or send an email copy of the report in .csv format. You can also Print or create a Custom Export of the report from this area.
- From the View Full Report popup window, select how you would like to view the report using the radio buttons. If an emailed report is needed, the email address of the logged-in user will auto-fill. Then click Get Report.
