New Features & Improvements
- We updated the Concierge Requests area to make it easier to track existing requests and to better assist and collect the information needed to fulfill your requests. We hope the new improvements save you even more time and get you your desired results faster!
- Updated how the Tags field outputs in CSV reports. Tags are now output in a cleaner format, separated by semicolon with no unneccessary information, making it easier to view the data and use "text-to-columns" to expand tags into separate fields.
- Added new field in Contact Reporting called Secondary Email. You will now be able to export/report on non-primary email addresses stored in the Flipcause Contact Database, using a new field we added which lives under the Email field in the Personal Details section of Custom Exports.
- Updated max shipping cost display: If there is a max shipping cost/shipping cap added to a campaign, individual items available for purchase will now indicate that there is a shipping cap that will apply, next to the individual shipping price per item
In this latest version of the Flipcause LIVE App (v1.8), your device will not be required to be connected to the internet in order for you to log cash or check payments.
You can log them while in offline mode, and the information will wait until you reconnect to the internet to be synced with your Flipcause transaction & contact databases.
As requested, you can now turn off Flipcause notification emails for new activity on your campaigns.
You can do this per campaign (in the Receipt Settings > Internal Notification Settings) or make this a default campaign setting (in Campaign Presets > Preset Organization Contact Info).
