You can now use the Manual Payment area (now called Add a Transaction) to process and log much more than just donation/payment activity types!
Use the new Add a Transaction tab to apply or charge a payment against the specific options that exist in a campaign:
- Reserve tickets for an event/registration
- Sell online store items
- Sell sponsorship packages
- Sign up volunteers
- And any combination of those at once!
These will allow you to log these transactions manually against a campaign, a contact record, and a peer fundraiser (when applicable).
If you have a Flipcause Website Package, you can now also access the back-end directly from your Flipcause Dashboard using the new Website Portal button on the main left-hand navigation menu.
This is an added convenience, and you can still access the website editor as always by going to the mywebsite.flipcause.com web address.
If your organization doesn't have a Flipcause website (or you are a subadmin with Website Portal privileges turned off), you will not see this button.
If you don't see this button, and you think this is an error, let your team know!
