Your Success Team is there to assist you in a variety of services to make your life easier. It's easy to get in touch: ask a question, make a request, and track progress on all of your requests from your Flipcause dashboard using the Request Services button.
Below are a few examples of services our Success Team provides to you and your organization:
Create a New Campaign
- Create new campaigns utilizing any Flipcause Engagement Tool: Donations, Events, Volunteer, Peer-to-Peer, Sponsorships, etc!
- Customize the layout and design for your campaign landing page.
- Design new banners and images to be displayed on your campaigns.
Update Existing Campaigns
- Create and upload new banners, logos, & background images.
- Adjust the pricing of any active engagement tool.
- Update your contact information, custom receipt messaging, custom fields, and other campaign details.
Update Account Settings
- Update Campaign Presets (logo, banner, button colors, etc).
- Change your contact and organizational information.
- Generate and export reports and funds statements.
Update Your Website (only for those using the Flipcause WebPack)
- Create new pages and customize page layouts.
- Add content such as additional text, images, video, or files.
- Integrate campaigns created through Flipcause.
To Request Services:
- Log into your Flipcause Dashboard.
- Click the Request Services button on your homepage or sidebar.
- It will lead you to the Request Services page. Click the service you would like to request and submit the needed information. Once you submit your request, we'll start working on it right away, and you can expect your request to be completed within 2 business days.
- After you have submitted a request, you can track the status of your requests by clicking the Your Requests tab.
